As a Technical Housekeeper, you are responsible for keeping the living facilities tidy, safe, and user-friendly. You ensure order and cleanliness in and around the accommodations, and in consultation with your team leader, you perform minor maintenance tasks. You check if the accommodations are safe, clean, and tidy, and prepare them for new residents if necessary. Upon departure, you also ensure everything is left in good condition. Additionally, you assist with the implementation of transportation policies (cars and bicycles).
You are also responsible for keeping the supply warehouse orderly and tidy. Each week, you work according to a schedule created by your team leader, with input from you regarding the tasks to be performed. Your duties are varied and require some flexibility concerning daily planning. Your work is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week. As a Technical Housekeeper, a flexible attitude is expected, including work outside regular hours.
- You have technical skills and are capable of performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
- You are sociable and patient with residents.
- You are flexible in planning and executing your tasks.
- You take responsibility for the timing of your workday.
- You have a valid B driver's license (BE trailer license is a plus).
- You speak good English (or Dutch).
- You can work in an organized and tidy manner.
Living (free) in an on-site apartment with your own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. For the execution of your duties, we provide a company car/van and a company phone. Additionally, there will be ample tools and materials available to carry out your (technical) work effectively. The starting salary depends on age and experience.
