As a recruiter, you help motivated people from Europe find the right job in the Netherlands. You ensure that these employees use their experience and knowledge for the benefit of Interwel Uitzendgroep's clients who are looking for staff. You recognise opportunities and possibilities and are commercially minded to best match demand with supply. You are able to switch easily between different social media channels and work with different recruitment agencies in Europe.
- Experience in a similar position;
- Experience in recruitment and selection in the metal industry will be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Proactive and flexible approach to work;
- Residence within a 50 km radius of our office in Nieuwleusen or willingness to move to the area;
- Possession of a category B driving licence;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Minimum education at MBO level -4.

- Resilience to stress and flexibility in carrying out tasks;
- Ability to work in an organised and planned manner.
