About Us:

As we expand in 2025 and plan to onboard at least 100 new workers, we are looking for a dedicated Freelance Local Recruiter to help us source top talent from own country.
Your Role:
•    Recruit qualified professionals with metalworking experience (e.g. welders, locksmiths, assemblers, CNC operators) for various job opportunities  across own country.
•    Work independently, manage your own time, and recruit based on a flexible and results-driven approach.
•    Build and maintain relationships with candidates across own country and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
•    Collaborate with the Interwel team to match the best candidates with our clients' requirements.

•    Motivated individuals with a passion for getting to know new people
•    Experience in recruiting or a background in the metal industry is a plus but not required.
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
•    Local applicants with a network or ability to source candidates from own country.

•    Great opportunity for beginner recruiters or those looking for secondary income.
