Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing the extrusion machine for production, including setting parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed.
- Operating and monitoring the extruder during the production process to ensure consistent product quality.
- Performing quality checks on produced items and adjusting machine settings as needed to meet specifications.
- Identifying and resolving technical malfunctions or deviations in the production process.
- Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on the extrusion machines.
- Adhering to safety regulations and ensuring a clean and organized working environment.
- Recording production data and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
What do we ask of you:
- Vocational education level, preferably in a technical field.
- Experience in setting up and operating extrusion machines or similar equipment.
- Technical insight and the ability to interpret and adjust machine settings.
- Knowledge and experience with quality control procedures.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety and hygiene regulations within a production environment.
- Good command of the English language.
- Possession of a valid driver's license B.
What can you expect from Interwel Uitzendgroep?
Good salary:
- Per week: € 610,-
- Per hour: € 15,75
The net weekly salary is after deducting housing and health insurance costs.
