Are you looking for extra staff for a short or longer period? Then temporary employment is the right solution. After a successful match, the flex worker starts working for you and is employed by Interwel Uitzendgroep. Hours are registered online, the flex worker is paid weekly, and you receive the invoice from Interwel Uitzendgroep.
Are you looking for additional staff for a specific period or project? Then secondment is the right solution. Secondment offers more certainty than temporary employment, because the flex worker receives a contract for a fixed period or for the duration of the project.
Our coordinator guides the flex worker during the introduction on the work floor. With support in Dutch, English, and Polish, communication remains clear and smooth.
Interwel supports temporary workers in a personal and committed way. Day-to-day supervision on the work floor remains with you as the client. Our coordinators stay actively involved and regularly visit the flex workers to check that everything is going well and to make adjustments when needed.

In the event of a workplace accident, the client is responsible under the Working Conditions Act (Arbowet) for compliance with safety rules, including for temporary workers. Before the assignment starts, you must provide an occupational health and safety document to Interwel. We ensure this document is handed to the temporary worker for signature. Tip: check whether your liability insurance covers damage resulting from workplace accidents.
