SNF-certified: security and trust
Interwel is registered with the Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF). This means that our accommodation meets the official standards for migrant workers.
Our accommodation sites are inspected annually for safety, hygiene, supervision and management, amongst other things. SNF certification is re-awarded each year and is a guarantee of quality and reliability. In addition, we carry out monthly internal audits which also look at the repair and maintenance of our properties, thereby contributing to greater satisfaction with the accommodation.

Do you have a question or comment?
- Describe the compliment or shortcoming as briefly as possible.
- Report the issue as soon as possible after it is identified (within 1 week).
- Reasons for not being able to resolve the situation satisfactorily must be recorded in writing.
- If there is a report, it should preferably be reported internally first so Interwel has the opportunity to resolve it. If not resolved internally, the reporter is free to proceed via external procedures and channels.
- Clearly state contact details so proper feedback can be provided regarding the report.
- Confidentiality: Only persons involved in the relevant internal procedure will have access to information about the complaint and its handling, both verbally and in writing.
