Your Role:
•   Recruit qualified professionals with metalworking experience (e.g. welders, locksmiths, assemblers, CNC operators) for various job opportunities across own country.
•   Work independently, manage your own time, and recruit based on a flexible and results-driven approach.
•   Build and maintain relationships with candidates across own country and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
•   Collaborate with the Interwel team to match the best candidates with our clients' requirements.

•   Great opportunity for beginner recruiters or those looking for secondary income.
