About the job
As a CNC Operator for edge banding, you are responsible for the proper functioning of the edge banding machine in the manufacturing department. You produce high-quality products from various material types of different thicknesses. It is important that you read technical drawings accurately and then assemble sheet constructions. In this process, you check that all necessary materials, drawings, and documents are available, and you perform inspections on the product. This is done both during production and at the end, so you can ensure that each product meets the quality we aim to deliver.
Additionally, your tasks include:
- Visual inspection of incoming and processed parts;
- Preventing damage to parts;
- Timely documentation of completed tasks;
- Rejecting products based on observations or measurements;
- Following procedures and instructions.
- You work with edge banding machines and control systems from Trumpf and Safan.
